Hi! I’m Anne, a yoga and meditation teacher. I have a passion for teaching all humans with a focus on Birthing People, Women’s Health, Core Restoration/ Rehab, the Female Pelvic Floor. I offer VIP Bookings for Private Groups and One-on-One Instruction as well as a variety of weekly group classes.

“I came to Anne to help with some core/pelvic floor difficulties. At the time I was 16 years postpartum, I have nerve damage that makes it very difficult for me to consciously activate certain muscles and I experience chronic pain. I have been to several professionals over the years and I've proven to be an enigma to all. I even had a chiropractor who used to treat me for free because I interested him so much. I stopped seeing him because it just didn't help. After seeing Anne in action during the feel.focus.flow. Advanced Teacher Training I decided if anyone could "figure me out" it would be her. Anne and I met one-on-one and she was patient and inventive enough to help me navigate what I needed to do to reignite the neural pathways that I had lost over the years. One year later and I'm still using the breathing and physical exercises she gave me. I still have nerve damage and those connections are still pretty challenging to deal with but because of Anne I have more spaciousness in my breath and can use my awareness to feel more connected to my core.
