Opening Women’s Circle & Community Share
A sacred, non-judgmental space to be seen and heard. This is where isolation softens and connection begins.
Functional Prenatal Yoga & Core-Based Practices
Trauma-informed movement that supports pelvic stability, relieves discomfort, and prepares the body for labor and recovery.
Meditation & Pranayama
Breath-centered practices to regulate the nervous system, coordinate the diaphragm and pelvic floor, and deepen connection with baby.
Birth Preparation & Comfort Tools
Positions and strategies to support baby’s descent and pelvic mobility — practical tools for labor that honor your intuition.
Hands-On Assists & Seasonal Reflection
Crista offers gentle, permission-based hands-on assists and supportive touch to help release tension and encourage alignment during practice. She also weaves in thoughtful astrological and seasonal reflections to honor the larger rhythms surrounding your pregnancy and transition into motherhood.
Pregnancy-Safe Sound Support & Rest
We close with a few gentle minutes of sound support designed specifically for pregnancy — soft tones and subtle vibration to soothe the nervous system. This is not an immersive sound bath, but a brief and supportive integration to help you settle and rest comfortably.
Tea & Nourishment
Warm tea to nourish your body throughout our circle. You are welcome to bring a small snack if desired.

Because this is a closed six-week container, we ask participants to plan to attend each session whenever possible.
We understand that life unfolds — and sometimes babies arrive early. There is grace for that.
At the same time, steady presence is what allows this space to deepen. Consistent attendance protects the intimacy of the circle and allows trust to grow naturally without anyone feeling outside the rhythm of the group.

🌿 Your Circle Guides
Anne Catherine is a perinatal yoga educator, author, and mother with over 25 years of yoga practice and 10 years specializing in prenatal and postpartum care. Her work blends traditional yoga philosophy, trauma-informed functional movement, pelvic floor wisdom, and spiritual practice to support birthing people through pregnancy, birth, and the sacred postpartum transition.
She is also a Conscious Perinatal Doula, offering in-home postpartum care rooted in Ayurvedic principles, nervous system regulation, and whole-person recovery.
Crista is a skilled bodyworker and massage therapist whose grounding presence and intuitive touch support the physical and energetic shifts of pregnancy and motherhood. Her work helps women feel held, restored, and safe in their changing bodies.
Together, we hold a circle of deep maternal wisdom and steady care.

Together, they create a nurturing, evidence-informed environment that honors pregnancy as a sacred season of transformation — weaving movement, education, and bodywork to support strength, calm, and connection.

Yoga Teacher | Perinatal Educator | Exercise Specialist | Ayurvedic Perinatal Doula
Anne is an experienced yoga teacher, perinatal educator, perinatal exercise specialist, and Ayurvedic perinatal doula with over 25 years of personal practice and more than a decade of professional teaching. She integrates functional movement science, pelvic floor health, and trauma-informed yoga to guide women and birthing people through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
Her Ayurvedic perinatal doula care combines ancient wisdom with modern, evidence-based support—offering postpartum planning, nourishing Ayurvedic therapies, emotional grounding, and holistic wellness practices that honor the sacred 42-day recovery period and beyond.
Anne’s work is shaped by years of service within Boulder County’s perinatal community, where she has supported countless mothers and families. She creates safe, empowering spaces where birthing people feel supported, seen, and celebrated, nurturing the wellbeing of mothers and future generations alike.

Crista is a Board Certified massage therapist, educator of more than 20 years, and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). A healing artist and instructor, she is known for her intuitive touch, expert bodywork, and ability to help others reconnect with their bodies through mindful awareness and movement.
As the President & CEO of the Boulder School of Massage Therapy, Crista shapes the next generation of massage professionals with integrity and excellence. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB), contributing her leadership and expertise to uphold national standards in the field.
Crista’s therapeutic approach blends bodywork, yoga, and creative expression to foster alignment, reduce stress, and support each person’s natural healing process. Her work offers a deeply restorative and empowering experience that complements and enriches the perinatal wellness journey.

How to Register
Secure Your Spot: Space is intentionally limited to ensure personalized attention and an intimate circle of care.
Full Payment Required: A $250 non-refundable payment reserves your place for the six-week session. Your registration is confirmed once payment is received.
Payment Options: Payment may be made via PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check. Details for PayPal and Venmo will be provided upon inquiry.
⏳ Arrival & Commitment to Practice
We understand that pregnancy and parenting can bring unexpected changes—it’s always okay to be late if life happens. However, we encourage arriving on time to participate in the opening women’s circle and to receive the full, grounding experience. By committing to this practice and showing up for yourself, you create a deeper sense of connection, consistency, and support within our closed circle of care.
Single-Class, Make-Up, & Cancellation Policy
Single Classes: Generally only permitted for make-ups as this is a closed circle of care.
Missed Classes:
If you miss a class due to illness, medical emergency, or unavoidable pregnancy-related reasons, priority will be given for you to make up the class in a future session or within an available single-class spot.
Make-ups must be arranged in advance with Anne or Crista and are subject to availability. This is not a “drop-in” class.
Partial Sessions: May be accommodated only as space allows in the event of premature birth or if your due date falls mid-session.
Closed Circle Commitment
To preserve trust, intimacy, and safety, we maintain a consistent group of students throughout the six weeks.
Exceptions are made thoughtfully to support the needs of pregnancy and postpartum transitions.
Cancellations:
Registration cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the session for a refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).
No refunds will be issued after the 48 hour window.
Transfers: If you cannot attend after registering, you may transfer your spot to another approved participant as a pay-it-forward scholarship or charitable donation, spreading support within the community.
🌦 Weather Cancellations & Rescheduling: In the event of inclement weather, class will be rescheduled to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone. In the spirit of the yogic ethic Ahimsa (non-harming), we prioritize health and wellness for both mother and baby—if the roads are unsafe, staying home is the most caring choice. We will notify participants by email and/or text as soon as possible regarding any changes and provide a make-up date.
