Hello, I am Anne Catherine

My approach blends yoga, functional movement, corrective exercise, core prehab and rehab, and pelvic floor health. Classes are offered in a series format to foster deeper connections, provide personalized attention, and offer ongoing support for your yoga evolution.

Alongside group courses, I offer private yoga and exercise consulting for one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs. Each class provides a supportive, empowering space to move, breathe, and grow. Contact me to schedule your private session.

Hi! I’m Anne, a yoga, fitness,
& meditation teacher passionate about empowering birthing people.


I teach my own unique methods, developed through years of research, lived experience, and teaching hundreds of birthing people. My classes are thoughtfully designed for the biopsychosocial needs of pregnant and postpartum individuals, with a focus on birth preparation, recovery, core strength, and pelvic floor health. Rather than simply modifying standard vinyasa flows or repeating poses, I guide you to understand how movement can support healing and long-term well-being.

In a warm, welcoming environment, you'll connect with your body, build strength, and share your journey with fellow moms. We focus on core stability, pelvic floor health, and mobility, all while fostering a relaxed, nurturing space that makes you feel supported and at ease. 🌸💪

Whether you’re preparing for birth or recovering postpartum, my classes are here to guide and empower you every step of the way. I also offer VIP bookings for private groups and one-on-one sessions, in addition to weekly group classes.

“I came to Anne to help with some core/pelvic floor difficulties. At the time I was 16 years postpartum, I have nerve damage that makes it very difficult for me to consciously activate certain muscles and I experience chronic pain. I have been to several professionals over the years and I've proven to be an enigma to all. I even had a chiropractor who used to treat me for free because I interested him so much. I stopped seeing him because it just didn't help. After seeing Anne in action during the feel.focus.flow. Advanced Teacher Training I decided if anyone could "figure me out" it would be her. Anne and I met one-on-one and she was patient and inventive enough to help me navigate what I needed to do to reignite the neural pathways that I had lost over the years. One year later and I'm still using the breathing and physical exercises she gave me.
