WORKSHOPS & TEACHER TRAININGS

For Studios, Teachers, and Healthcare Teams

Women’s bodies are already in your classes and care—at every stage of life.

Pregnant. Postpartum. Healing. Navigating injury.
Returning to movement after months… or years away.

This work supports you and your team in meeting them with clarity and confidence.

TL;DR

  • Most trainings offer limited education in perinatal & women’s health

  • Teachers are prepared to teach—but often want more support in real-world scenarios

  • This training improves confidence, inclusivity, and retention

  • Formats: 3-hour minimum → full weekend intensives

  • Designed for studios, teaching teams, and individual teachers

For Studio Owners

Your teachers are the heart of your studio.

When they feel confident supporting a wider range of students:

  • Classes feel more welcoming and inclusive

  • Students stay longer and return more consistently

  • Your studio becomes known as a place where people feel supported—not just challenged

This training supports your team in offering that experience—without needing to overhaul your class offerings.

For Yoga Teachers

You may already have students in your classes who are:

  • Pregnant or recently postpartum

  • Navigating pelvic floor symptoms like leaking or pressure

  • Returning after injury or time away

  • Quietly unsure if yoga is “for them”

And you might be thinking:

“I want to support them… I just wish I had more clarity.”

This training gives you that.

Not more rules—
but a way to understand what you’re seeing and respond with confidence.

You can also bring this training to your studio or community.

Why This Training Matters

Most teacher trainings include only brief coverage of pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health.

So teachers do what they can with the information they have.

This workshop builds on that foundation—
offering practical tools that translate directly into real classes.

Studios and teachers often notice:

  • More confidence and ease while teaching

  • Students feeling more seen and supported

  • Greater retention and word-of-mouth growth

Teaching to the People in the Room

A foundational training prepares you to guide a class.

This work helps you respond to the individual within it.

Not by changing everything you teach—
but by expanding how you see and support.

When people feel understood in their bodies:

  • They stay

  • They engage more fully

  • They come back

A More Complete Approach to Women’s Health

This training expands beyond pregnancy
to support women across their lifespan.

Including:

  • Pelvic floor symptoms (incontinence, prolapse, discomfort)

  • Core coordination and pressure management

  • Hip integrity and common injuries (including labral concerns)

  • Postpartum recovery—weeks to decades later

  • Nervous system and lived experience

These are common experiences—
and often go unspoken in group classes.

With the right tools, you can support them in simple, meaningful ways.
