🌿 Postpartum Care & In-Home Support

Thoughtful, experienced support for your body, your home, and your transition into motherhood

If you’ve been searching for a “mother’s helper,” house support, or someone to help keep things running after baby arrives — you’re not alone.

Many families know they need help.
What’s less clear is what kind of support truly meets this season.

💛 What I offer

I provide in-home postpartum doula care that supports the birthing person, baby, and home during the early weeks after birth—often called the fourth trimester or Sacred Window.

My work is rooted in Ayurvedic postpartum traditions, formal postpartum care training, trauma-informed support, and functional, real-life application.

This is hands-on, intentional care that allows you to rest, recover, and bond with your baby — while your home and daily needs are thoughtfully supported.

🌿 Rooted in traditional postpartum care

My approach is informed by training through Sacred Window Studies, where postpartum is understood as a critical window for healing, recovery, and long-term well-being.

This perspective centers rest, nourishment, warmth, and support for the birthing person — not just getting through the day, but truly being cared for.

Combined with my background in yoga, functional movement, and years of hands-on experience supporting homes and families, this allows me to offer care that is both traditional and practical for modern life.

✨ What this care can include

Support is always personalized, but may include:

🌿 Prepared Home Support

Creating a calm, functional environment before or after baby arrives.
This includes thoughtful organizing, light cleaning, and setting up feeding and recovery spaces so your home supports your healing from the moment you arrive.

🥣 Nourishment & Meal Preparation

Preparing simple, warming foods and organizing your kitchen to support digestion, recovery, and sustained energy during postpartum.

🫶 Bodywork & Physical Recovery Support

Gentle, supportive care such as warm oil application (Abhyanga), lymphatic support, sitz bath preparation, and guidance for safe, functional movement in daily life.

👶 Infant Care Education & Support

Guidance in babywearing, soothing techniques, and infant massage—helping you feel confident, capable, and connected with your baby.

💛 Emotional Support & Nervous System Care

A calm, steady presence during a sensitive and transformative time—supporting you in reducing overwhelm, processing your experience, and feeling held without pressure.

🏡 Household & Family Support

Light household support such as laundry, maintaining flow in the home, coordinating care for siblings or pets, and helping daily life feel more manageable while you recover.

🌿 Postpartum Planning

Preparation before baby arrives—creating realistic systems for nourishment, support, boundaries, and daily rhythms so you feel ready and supported entering this season.

🌿 The level of support I provide

You may be looking for someone who is:

  • A self-starter

  • Intuitive and proactive

  • Able to step into your home and know what needs to be done

  • Supportive beyond just a list of tasks

That level of care exists.

It is postpartum doula support.

💛 A clear distinction

A traditional mother’s helper works alongside a parent and takes direction.

A house cleaner focuses on tasks within the home.

My work is different.

I provide care-centered, professional postpartum support that includes the home — but is not defined by it.

This is not a cleaning or maid service.
This is not a role where I wait for instructions or direction.
This is not task-based or low-cost substitute labor.

This is skilled, experienced care that supports your recovery, your well-being, and the overall rhythm of your home.

🫶 A note from me

I understand what it takes to care for a home.

I have extensive hands-on experience supporting households — including deep cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the day-to-day flow of a home.

I am fully capable of stepping in and handling what needs to be done.

And I offer that within the container of professional postpartum care.

This is care-centered support — not task-based or cleaning-focused work.

✨ How my approach is different

This is not checklist-based care.
And it is not a one-size-fits-all model.

My work is a conversation with you — a collaborative process of understanding what you need and creating support around your body, your home, your family, and your values.

Because no two births are the same.
And no two postpartum experiences should be treated the same.

💫 The goal

To help you move through postpartum feeling:

supported
nourished
less overwhelmed
more connected to your baby
and more at home in your body

🌿 Who this is for

This work is a good fit for families who:

  • Value experienced, professional support

  • Want someone who can step in without needing constant direction

  • Are looking for care that includes the mother, not just the home

  • Understand that this season deserves support, not just management

🌿 Choosing the right kind of support

If you’re looking for someone to direct, assign tasks to, or manage in a helper role, there are wonderful people who offer that.

If you’re looking for someone who can step in, hold the bigger picture, and support you through this transition in a meaningful way — this is the work I offer.

🌿 Next steps

If this feels aligned, reach out and share a bit about what you’re looking for.

I’ll guide you toward the level of care that best supports your needs, your home, and your season.
