🌿 Add-On Perinatal Training & Yoga
Movement is medicine — especially during the sacred window of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. You can choose to add personalized Perinatal Training or Yoga-Based Movement sessions to your doula care package for a fully integrated approach that supports strength, alignment, and nervous system balance.
These sessions blend functional and somatic movement, biomechanics, yoga-informed bodyweight strength training, and breath practices designed to:
Support a healthy pregnancy and optimal fetal positioning
Prepare your body for labor with mobility and stability
Ease postpartum recovery and rebuild core and pelvic floor integrity
Pelvic Floor & Core: Prehab and Rehab from prolapse to diastasis recti
This combination of bodywork, movement, and doula care creates a truly holistic foundation for healing — helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body throughout the perinatal journey.
Perinatal Training add-ons may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement with a doctor’s letter of medical necessity.
🌿 Postpartum In‑Home Care
During your sacred window, nourish yourself deeply with hands‑on and ritual‑based support:
Ayurvedic Abhyanga (warm oil application) to calm the nervous system and support tissue healing
Swedana (herbal steam tent therapy), also known as mother roasting—restoring warmth, circulation, and comfort
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to ease swelling and support gentle detoxification
Marma point care for emotional regulation and energetic grounding
Herbal baths and sitz baths for pelvic recovery
Bengkung belly binding for abdominal support & early core reinforcement
Babywearing help + newborn soothing techniques
Light household support: laundry, dishes, tidying
Compassionate presence, emotional witnessing, integration practices
🧘♀️ Guided Movement & Recovery
Healing from birth is a spectrum—some days gentle rest is enough; others call for rebuilding. My postpartum movement approach includes:
Breathwork + gentle core re‑engagement
Restorative yoga that begins wherever you are—even from bed
Pelvic floor functional work (beyond Kegels)
Biomechanical assessment & real‑life functional movement (lifting, carrying, bending)
Personalized movement sequences that honor your pace and comfort
🍯 Nourishment & Meal Support
You are what you eat—and what you don’t. Postpartum nutrition matters:
In‑home meal prep or local meal delivery aligned with Ayurvedic principles
Menus for digestion, tissue healing, and milk production
Herbal teas, tonics, and warming postpartum drinks
Shared meals when and as you need them
🌸 Micro‑Enhancements & Daily Rituals
Because restoration is often in the small, tending moments:
Herbal foot soaks + warm compresses
Gua Sha facial routines
Ayurvedic head‑oil or scalp rituals
Eye compresses & weighted rest, grounding snacks or tea service
🌿 Why This Work Matters
In many Western systems, care for mothers often ends at 6 weeks postpartum. But Ayurveda and tradition know that the first 42 days are powerful—that what happens in this time influences wellness for years.
This care is about restoring what has been overlooked: warmth, containment, nourishment, emotional safety, rhythm, and reconnection. It’s about helping you become anew, with strength, balance, and grace.
Conscious Perinatal Doula Care
Nourishing Support for the Journey Into Motherhood
Why an Ayurvedic Approach?
In many Western models of care, the postpartum period ends at the six-week checkup—and the mother’s healing is often secondary to the baby’s needs. But in traditional systems like Ayurveda, postpartum is seen as a sacred window of vulnerability and opportunity, where proper care can restore lifelong health and vitality.
Ayurveda teaches that the first 42 days after birth shape the next 42 years of a mother’s life. By restoring warmth, regulating digestion, calming the nervous system, and creating rhythmic, loving care, Ayurvedic postpartum practices help rebuild vitality (ojas), balance the body’s elements (doshas), and gently support the emotional and spiritual integration of birth.
My approach integrates this timeless wisdom with modern evidence-based practices in biomechanics, trauma-informed care, and functional movement. You are not just recovering from birth—you are becoming something new. My care is here to support that becoming with reverence, professionalism, and heartfelt presence.
Nurturing, Hands-On Support
I offer in-home doula care that helps you feel calm, grounded, and cared for during pregnancy and postpartum. My services are rooted in functional movement, trauma-informed practice, and traditional healing systems, including Ayurveda.

A personalized and essential postpartum belly binding session to support your body’s natural healing, posture, and pelvic stability after birth. You’ll receive individualized fitting and education using both traditional methods (Bengkung or Rebozo) and modern wraps such as the Momcozy or FridaMom postpartum support bands—each selected for comfort, flexibility, and safety.
We’ll review how to safely apply and wear your wrap, how long to use it, and how to incorporate belly binding into your postpartum rhythm as a restorative, grounding ritual.
✨ Can be combined with Abhyanga or Swedana for enhanced warmth and containment.
⚠️ Note: Many “waist trainers” and corset-style garments are marketed to postpartum women, yet these can restrict breathing, displace core pressure, and even contribute to pelvic organ prolapse when used improperly (and it’s so easy to use improperly!). It is far easier to prevent prolapse than to correct it later—which is why personalized instruction, proper fit, and mindful technique are essential. Choosing a physiologically supportive wrap honors your healing and protects your long-term pelvic health.
This includes guidance on which product will suit you best, instructions to wear, fit checks, and follow-ups to ensure you are supporting recovery.Up to 75 minutes — $50 - $125 depends on the wrap of choice

💛 Dāna-Based Pricing & Accessibility
My care is rooted in the yogic principle of dāna—generosity, reciprocity, and the understanding that true healing happens within community. While my offerings are professional services with clear value and structure, I also believe that care should be flexible enough to meet real families where they are.
All postpartum doula packages are intentionally designed to provide continuity and depth—not hourly tasks, but holistic, integrative support that honors the whole person and the natural pace of postpartum recovery.
Because I am completing my formal doula certification, I am currently offering introductory rates and select dāna-based discounts for former students and returning clients as a gesture of gratitude and community reciprocity. These rates are not automatic or standardized—they’re rooted in individual conversations and mutual respect.
If you’re interested in working together, please reach out to discuss your needs, care goals, and available budget. I’m happy to explore what might be possible and to share details about my dāna rates for previous students and clients.
The sliding scale is not a fixed formula but a shared dialogue—a way to design custom or à la carte packages that align with your unique needs within reason. My time, expertise, and energy are valuable, and I do not work for free—but I deeply value accessibility and community care.
For those who wish to give back, I also offer the option to gift a session or package to a loved one or to pay it forward to help subsidize care for a family in need. This approach reflects the true spirit of postpartum healing: when one mother is cared for, the whole community benefits.
✨ Each care plan includes:
One planning session (prenatal or postpartum)
A series of 3–5 hour visits blending nourishment, bodywork, education, and emotional care
Optional à la carte services between visits (20 –120 minutes, depending on service)
Preparation, travel, and communication time between visits
Your contribution sustains high-quality, individualized care—for yourself, and for the wider circle of families in our shared community.
💌 💌 Ready to Begin?
Every journey into motherhood is unique—and so is the care you deserve.
If something here resonates with you, please reach out to start a conversation. You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet, and you certainly don’t have to have it all figured out.
Whether you’re planning ahead or already in the postpartum window, I’ll help you create a care plan that fits your goals, timing, and circumstances.
✨ Please don’t let finances prevent you from reaching out.
We’ll talk openly about your needs and what’s possible, including dāna rates for returning students and clients, or flexible à la carte options designed within your budget.
You are worthy of this care—let’s begin where you are.
🔄 Overlap with Private Yoga & Movement
Many clients engage in both doula support and private yoga/movement sessions—they overlap in healing, restoration, breath, movement, but serve different purposes. If you want movement, strength, and core work, yoga sessions are ideal. If you desire in‑home ritual, rest, nourishment, and hands‑on postpartum care, doula services are what I specialize in. For those needing both, we can build a blended care plan.
