Outdoor Yoga for (all) Moms
Wednesdays at 10:00 AM – Lafayette, CO
This seasonal outdoor yoga class is a gentle, welcoming space for moms at every stage of their journey—whether you’re pregnant, postpartum with your baby, or parenting older kids and seeking time for yourself.
Held in a quiet, grassy Lafayette park with a shaded pavilion, this class supports your physical and emotional well-being through breath, movement, core and pelvic floor awareness, and the power of connection. Babies are welcome, and the atmosphere is always come-as-you-are.
After class, continue conversations and build friendships in community at nearby coffee shop.

When: Wednesdays at 10:00 AM
Where: A private park location in South Lafayette (shared after sign-up for our privacy)
Who: Pregnant people, postpartum with baby, or solo moms of older kids. Kids are welcome to come, but please note there is not a playground. They are welcome to bring their own entertainment or participate alongside you.
What to bring: Yoga mat, firm blanket, towel, cushion, water, and baby items
