Each session blends functional movement, breathwork, nervous system care, and evidence-based perinatal education—woven with trauma-informed, compassionate presence.

Private sessions are offered on a hybrid sliding scale of $95–$175 per hour.
This model is rooted in Dāna, the yogic and Buddhist practice of generosity. You're invited to contribute at the highest rate you are able—supporting your own healing and helping make this work accessible to others.

🧾 Payment is requested within 24 hours of booking to confirm your session.
💛 Limited scholarships are available upon request.

How do I prepare for a private session?
After booking, you'll receive a short intake form to share your goals, needs, and relevant health history. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If we’re meeting virtually, have yoga props (or household substitutes) nearby.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a rescheduling fee—except in true medical or family emergencies or if you're newly postpartum.

Can you work alongside my physical therapist, chiropractor, or care provider?
Yes. I believe in collaborative care. With your permission, I’m happy to coordinate with your team and design a movement or recovery plan that complements their recommendations.

Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes—many clients do. Sessions that support pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, postpartum recovery, or musculoskeletal pain during pregnancy may qualify.
You may need a provider’s note. I can provide a template for your doctor, midwife, or PT.

Hi, I’m Anne Catherine—a seasoned yoga teacher, movement educator, and holistic postpartum caregiver based in Lafayette, Colorado.

With over 25 years of practice and 10+ years of professional teaching, I specialize in guiding individuals through the sacred transitions of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and pelvic floor healing.

My work blends functional movement science, perinatal yoga, biomechanics, somatic education, and trauma-informed care. I also offer traditional Ayurvedic postpartum doula services such as oil massage, nourishment support, and ritual healing practices.
