Whether you’re preparing to conceive, navigating pregnancy, healing postpartum, or seeking support later in life, I offer individualized, whole-person care that honors your body’s wisdom and your life’s unique rhythm.

With over a decade of experience supporting birthing people, I bring together functional movement, breath-centered yoga, nervous system regulation, and practical tools for real-life transitions. Our work together may look like mindful movement, education around pelvic health, hands-on guidance for core recovery, or simply being held in a space where your needs come first.

You don’t need to be pregnant or newly postpartum to benefit—these sessions are for anyone, at any age or stage of life, who longs to move, breathe, and feel better in their body.

Each 60-minute session is tailored to your needs and may include:

  • Functional movement and yoga designed for your body

  • Gentle core and pelvic floor practices for strength and stability

  • Education, self-care tools, and optional hands-on support

  • Postpartum doula care, babywearing support, or infant massage if desired

How do I prepare for a private session?
After booking, you'll receive a short intake form to share your goals, needs, and relevant health history.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If we’re meeting virtually, have yoga props (or household substitutes) nearby.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a fee except in true medical or family emergencies.

Can you work alongside my physical therapist, chiropractor, or healthcare provider?
Yes. I believe in collaborative care. With your permission, I’m happy to coordinate with your care team and design a plan that complements their recommendations.

Private sessions are offered on a sliding scale: $95–$175 per hour.
In the spirit of dāna (generosity) and accessibility, I invite you to contribute at the highest rate you are able.
