Private sessions are offered on a sliding scale: $125–$175 per hour.
In the spirit of dāna (generosity) and accessibility, I invite you to contribute at the highest rate you are able.
Your investment not only supports your own well-being but helps expand this work to reach others in need.

How do I prepare for a private session?
After booking, you'll receive a short intake form to share your goals, needs, and relevant health history.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If we’re meeting virtually, have yoga props (or household substitutes) nearby.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a fee except in true emergencies.

Can you work alongside my physical therapist, chiropractor, or healthcare provider?
Yes. I believe in collaborative care. With your permission, I’m happy to coordinate with your care team and design a plan that complements their recommendations.
