If you’re feeling nervous about coming to a Yoga with Baby class… You’re not the only one. I remember being a new mom and wondering: What if my baby cries the whole time? What if I need to stop halfway through? What if I’m late? What if my baby isn’t a “good” baby? I get it. I’ve been there. And just so you hear this clearly — all babies are good babies. This is exactly why I created these classes the way I did. This isn’t a typical yoga class. It’s a space designed intentionally for real life with a baby. A space where: You can feed your baby You can change your baby You can hold your baby You can let them nap beside you Nothing needs to look a certain way. You are welcome exactly as you are. Wear whatever feels comfortable to sit and move in. Arrive when you can — even if you’re running late. Take breaks whenever you need. We move with intention, not pressure. It’s not about doing everything perfectly — it’s about learning how to move in a way that truly supports your body. Even small, intentional movement can make a meaningful difference. And maybe most importantly… this is a space where you don’t have to do this alone. If you’ve been thinking about coming but feeling unsure — this is your reminder that you are already enough to begin. Come as you are. I’ll meet you there 🤍 Comment CLASSES for the details in your inbox

This is what support can look like. Not pushing. Not forcing. Not trying to keep up with a version of yourself that no longer fits. Just… listening. To your body. To your breath. To the season you’re in. Because women’s health isn’t just about one phase. It’s about learning how to care for your body as it changes — through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. In this space, we don’t rush. We focus on what your body actually needs: support, awareness, and connection. So you can feel more at home in your body — no matter what stage you’re in. If you’ve been craving something like this… you’re in the right place We meet 9:30am Wednesdays @littleherbal Apothecary Comment CLASS to Learn More #womenshealth #prenatalyoga #postpartumsupport #pelvicfloorhealth #mindfulmovement

These classes are intentionally small and intimate—more like a women’s group than a traditional yoga class. A space to move your body in a way that actually supports this phase of life. A space to connect with other women who are right there with you. A space to slow down, have a cup of tea, and feel like yourself again. Here’s what’s happening: Women’s Health + Prenatal Yoga 9:30am Yoga with Baby (Postpartum) 10:45am You’re always welcome to join us—whether you commit to the full month or come for a drop-in.
