Whether you’re preparing for birth, healing postpartum, or simply ready to feel stronger and more connected in your body, our sessions are rooted in your lived experience—not a one-size-fits-all method.

Single session (75 min): $120
3-Session Bundle: $330 ($110/session)
6-Session Bundle: $630 ($105/session)
Sliding Scale Available: $95–$175 per session, based on income and access needs
🌱 In the spirit of dāna (generosity and mutual care), I offer a sliding scale for those with financial need. Your contribution supports both your care and the accessibility of this work for others in our community.
✨ Sessions are offered virtually or in your home (Boulder County and surrounding areas). Some travel fees may apply.

Dāna is the yogic principle of reciprocal generosity. If you are in a season of financial stability, your full-rate payment allows me to continue offering this work to those with fewer resources. Many clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds with a provider’s note. Documentation available upon request.
🧘 What You’ll Need (Yoga Sessions)
Please provide a space large enough for two yoga mats. I’ll bring all necessary props. For your own home practice, you may wish to invest in:
2 yoga blocks
1–2 yoga bolsters
At least 2 yoga blankets
1 yoga strap
Weighted eye mask (for savasana/restorative)
