Functional strength, stability, and mobility for pregnancy and postpartum recovery
Perinatal Training helps you move with confidence through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. We focus on functional strength, mobility, and breath mechanics tailored to your changing body so you feel strong, supported, and ready for birth and recovery.
I blend biomechanics, corrective exercise, somatic movement, yoga-informed bodyweight resistance training, fascial and joint mobility, and core prehab/rehab to support pelvic floor health, reduce pain, and improve posture. Youβll learn why each movement matters and how to integrate it into daily life (lifting, walking, feeding, babywearing).
Especially helpful for: pelvic floor tension/weakness, diastasis recti, SPD/SI issues, back/hip/neck pain, core coordination, nervous system fatigue.

Yoga-Based Perinatal Training integrates breathwork, mobility, and strength-building through yoga-informed movement to keep you grounded, spacious, and connected. We protect the pelvic floor, regulate the nervous system, and enhance circulation, while creating space for baby and rebuilding postpartum.

For your safety and my liability, all clients must sign a release of liability confirming they have explicit clearance from their pregnancy care provider and will share any specified contraindications before beginning.

Single session (75 min): $120
3-Session Bundle: $330 ($110/session)
6-Session Bundle: $630 ($105/session)
Sliding Scale Available: $95β$175 per session, based on income and access needs
π± In the spirit of dΔna (generosity and mutual care), I offer a sliding scale for those with financial need. Your contribution supports both your care and the accessibility of this work for others in our community.
β¨ Sessions are offered virtually or in your home (Boulder County and surrounding areas). Some travel fees may apply.
HSA/FSA: Many clients use HSA/FSA funds when sessions are included within Perinatal Doula Services and accompanied by a doctorβs letter of medical necessity. (Ask your provider; documentation available.)

π§ What Youβll Need (Yoga Sessions)
Please provide a space large enough for two yoga mats. Iβll bring all necessary props. For your own home practice, you may wish to invest in:
2 yoga blocks
1β2 yoga bolsters
At least 2 yoga blankets
1 yoga strap
Weighted eye mask (for savasana/restorative)
For Perinatal Training sessions, small props or light weights may be recommended as you progress.
Our intake includes provider-clearance and a brief contraindications checklist to personalize your care plan.
