Boulder County Perinatal & Family Resource Guide
Let’s work together!
As I step more fully into postpartum doula care, I am updating and thoughtfully curating a refreshed referral guide for families in Boulder County and surrounding areas. It has been a few years since I last revised this list, and this feels like the right time to rebuild it with care — strengthening our local network of support across fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood.
For Providers
I am building a thoughtfully curated referral guide for families navigating fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood in Boulder County.
This guide is rooted in collaboration — not competition.
I am especially interested in practitioners who embody what Ayurveda describes as the Mother Principles: safety, unconditional respect, simplicity, flexibility, presence, containment, and trust in the body’s healing capacity. These ethical qualities closely align with trauma-informed, whole-person care.
If this reflects your approach, I would love to connect.
👉 Submit your information HERE to be considered for inclusion.
This directory will be shared with my perinatal doula clients, yoga students, and local families seeking aligned support.
For Clients & Families
The full referral guide will be published soon.
In the meantime, if you need support — whether medical, pelvic health, mental health, lactation, infant care, or practical home help — please reach out directly. I am always happy to talk through your needs and connect you with trusted providers.

Can you use an HSA to pay for yoga? YES!
YES! You sure can. You may be able to use your HSA, FSA, or HRA to pay for yoga, but only if you have a letter of medical necessity.
Not sure what a letter of medical of necessity entails? It’s a letter from your care provider. While I cannot provide this letter, I can support you with information on how yoga benefits you and your specific needs.
Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding is a natural, instinctive process that becomes easier with practice and a bit of experimentation. In the first week, skin-to-skin contact helps both you and your baby learn the "dance" of proper positioning and latch, ensuring comfortable and efficient feeding while keeping your nipples healthy. Remember, every mother and baby are unique—what works for one pair may not work for another. This information comes from the non-profit, educational, and supportive resource La Leche League International. For more detailed information and personalized tips, visit our website. Plus, a free, printable instruction sheet is available to help guide you through the process.
