I’m opening enrollment for May for my small, supportive yoga groups in Lafayette. These are not large classes. They are intentionally kept small so: • each woman is seen and supported • you can ask questions and actually be heard • your body is guided with care and understanding Whether you are: pregnant postpartum with your baby or simply needing support for your body ✨ You are welcome here. I’m building these groups to hold about 7–8 women, and monthly enrollment is now open for May. If you’ve been thinking about joining, this is a beautiful time to begin. ✨ Message me if you’re not sure which class is right for you—I’m happy to help. There is no version of you that has to be “ready” for this. Not the well-rested version. Not the “put together” version. Not the version whose baby sleeps on a schedule. ✨ Just you. In my Postpartum Yoga with Baby class: • you can feed your baby anytime • you can pause, sit, or just breathe • your baby can cry, sleep, or move freely • you can participate as much or as little as you need This isn’t about doing it right. It’s about having a place to land. Monthly enrollment for May is now open, with small groups to keep this space supportive and calm. If this feels like what you’ve been needing, you’re welcome here. https://www.annecatherineyoga.com/prenatal-postpartum-womens-health-yoga LINK IN BIO #NewMomLife #PostpartumSupport #FourthTrimester #YogaWithBaby #LafayetteMoms

Your baby doesn’t learn how to calm themselves on their own. They learn it through you. Through your breath. Your presence. Your nervous system. This is called co-regulation—and it’s one of the most important foundations of infant development. Research shows that babies rely on caregivers to regulate their physiology and emotional state in the early months. Which means… Supporting your baby’s development isn’t just about what you do for them. It’s also about how supported you are. This is why I care so deeply about postpartum support, community, and yoga with baby. Because when you feel calm, grounded, and supported— your baby feels that too. https://www.annecatherineyoga.com/blog/your-calm-shapes-your-babys-brain-how-nervous-system-regulation-supports-infant-development-and-sleep #postpartumsupport #newmomlife #infantdevelopment #nervoussystemregulation #maternalmh #postpartumyoga #yogawithbaby #bouldermoms #lafayettemoms #motherhoodsupport #babydevelopment #holisticmotherhood

Everyone is searching for the secret to getting their newborn to sleep through the night. But newborn sleep isn’t something to fix. It’s something to understand. Frequent waking is protective. It supports feeding, development, and regulation. What’s not supported in our culture… is the mother. So when you find yourself thinking you need uninterrupted sleep just to function—pause for a moment. You don’t need to do nights alone. And you don’t need to be separated from your baby to get through this. What you need is support. The kind that cares for you while you care for your baby. That’s the difference. — If you’re navigating early postpartum and wondering what support could look like for you, I’m here 🤍 AnneCatherineYoga.com #postpartumcare #newbornsleep #fourthtrimester #postpartumsupport #bouldermoms #lafayettemoms #coloradomoms #newmomlife #postpartumdoula #matrescence #motherhoodsupport #breastfeedingsupport #pelvicfloorhealth #womenshealth #villagecare

I hear this all the time.
And the answer is always the same: your body is still listening.

Send this to a mom who needs to hear it.

There’s a difference you can feel when you work with someone who doesn’t just know this work—but has lived it.

Supporting pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health isn’t something you can fully understand from a textboo
There’s a difference you can feel when you work with someone who doesn’t just know this work—but has lived it. Supporting pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health isn’t something you can fully understand from a textbook or a weekend training. The body is changing. The nervous system is adapting. Identity is shifting. There’s strength, vulnerability, uncertainty, and deep intuition—all happening at once. Working with someone experienced in perinatal care means you’re being guided by someone who understands the physiology—how the core and pelvic floor truly function, how breath and pressure impact healing, how to support your body through each stage with intention. But working with someone who is also a seasoned mother adds another layer entirely. It means: • You’re not having to explain what it feels like to be touched out, overwhelmed, or unsure • You’re not being rushed back into “fitness” before your body is ready • You’re being met with patience when your baby needs you in the middle of a session • You’re supported by someone who understands the long arc of motherhood—not just the early weeks There’s a quiet wisdom that comes from years of mothering. From navigating sleepless nights, shifting relationships, healing, rebuilding, and growing alongside your children. That kind of experience doesn’t push you. It doesn’t rush you. It doesn’t expect you to perform. It knows when to guide. When to pause. When to simply sit beside you and say, you’re doing enough. This work—true perinatal and women’s health support—isn’t about getting you back to who you were. It’s about supporting who you are becoming. And when you’re held by someone who understands both the science and the lived experience… you don’t just move better. You feel seen.
