Core + Pelvic Floor Functional Movement Yoga is a semi-private group training workshop designed to help you restore strength, build stability, and reconnect with your body through yoga, breath, and functional movement.
This in-person workshop offers a supportive and personalized environment for deep healing and long-term strength. With expert guidance and individualized attention, you’ll learn how to move with intention, release unnecessary tension, and support your body’s natural alignment and function.
