Are you looking for support for your journey into birth and parenthood?

You’ve arrived at the right place! Here is where you can find a variety of resources.

Can you use an HSA to pay for yoga? YES!

YES! You sure can. You may be able to use your HSA, FSA, or HRA to pay for yoga, but only if you have a letter of medical necessity.

Not sure what a letter of medical of necessity entails? It’s a letter from your care provider. While I cannot provide this letter, I can support you with information on how yoga benefits you and your specific needs.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is a natural, instinctive process that becomes easier with practice and a bit of experimentation. In the first week, skin-to-skin contact helps both you and your baby learn the "dance" of proper positioning and latch, ensuring comfortable and efficient feeding while keeping your nipples healthy. Remember, every mother and baby are unique—what works for one pair may not work for another. This information comes from the non-profit, educational, and supportive resource La Leche League International. For more detailed information and personalized tips, visit our website. Plus, a free, printable instruction sheet is available to help guide you through the process.

Please note: that while I strive to recommend only those offering top quality, premium services, I am only one woman and therefore, I can’t experience what everyone has to offer directly. This list is created from my students and collegues recommendations and vetted by me.

When choosing care providers, it is of the utmost importance to select those who fit in with your values and care needs. There is no right or wrong when it comes to such personal choices as choosing care for your health and wellness. What is right for one person, may not be the right choice for you and vice verse. I assume no responsibility for the care you recieve. I make no claims to offer medical nor nutritional advice.

Listen to what you feel in your heart. If you have any questions, don’t hestiate to send me an email.
