These classes are intentionally small and intimate—more like a women’s group than a traditional yoga class. A space to move your body in a way that actually supports this phase of life. A space to connect with other women who are right there with you. A space to slow down, have a cup of tea, and feel like yourself again. Here’s what’s happening: Women’s Health + Prenatal Yoga 9:30am Yoga with Baby (Postpartum) 10:45am You’re always welcome to join us—whether you commit to the full month or come for a drop-in. Just a quick note: because these are boutique-style, small group classes, a reservation is still needed (even for drop-ins). If you’ve been thinking about it, this is a beautiful time to step in. It’s wild how loud “bounce back” culture gets… especially when you’ve just done something as life-changing as giving birth. Everywhere you look, there’s a message telling you to move faster. Push harder. Do more. And if you’re not careful, you start to wonder… “Am I supposed to be doing that too?” But if you get really honest with yourself… Do you actually want that? Or do you want something softer? Something slower? Something that actually feels supportive right now? Because the truth is — postpartum isn’t a race back to who you were. It’s a transition into someone new. Your body is healing. Your nervous system is recalibrating. Your baby is learning the world through you. And what you choose in this season matters. Not in a pressure-filled, “get it right” way… but in a deeply human way. Rest teaches safety. Slowness teaches regulation. Presence teaches connection. You don’t need to earn your worth back after birth. You don’t need to prove anything. You don’t need to rush. You’re allowed to choose what actually feels right for you and your baby. So if today that looks like resting, nourishing your body, and staying close… that’s not “falling behind.” That’s exactly where you’re meant to be. If this feels like the permission you’ve been needing, save this for the days the pressure gets loud and share it with a mom who needs this reminder πŸ’›

If you’ve been craving connection with other women in the same phase of life… this is your invitation. Not just to a yoga class—but to a space where you can exhale, be seen, and feel like yourself again. This week is the first week of our May classes at Little Herbal Apothecary, and it’s the most natural time to join—when everything is just beginning. These classes are intentionally small and intimate, held in a private space in Lafayette. They’re designed to feel more like a women’s group than a traditional yoga class. A place where you can move your body in a way that actually supports this season of life—whether you’re pregnant or postpartum. A place where you can connect with other women who are right there with you. Here’s what’s happening this month: Women’s Health + Prenatal Yoga 9:30am Yoga with Baby (Postpartum) 10:45am This isn’t a generic, modified yoga class. You’ll learn functional, real-life supportive practices designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum—and leave feeling more grounded, supported, and connected. And yes… there’s complimentary tea waiting for you after class β˜• You’re always welcome to linger, browse the apothecary, or walk to nearby spots like Tangerine, Community, or Teocalli Cocina and make a morning of it. If this has been on your mind, this is a beautiful time to start. You can book the full May series at a discounted rate or join with a drop-in this week—whatever feels supportive for you. There is so much noise telling you to “bounce back.” To get your body back. To jump into workouts you’ve never even liked. To prove that you’re still who you were before. But here’s the truth no one is saying loud enough… You didn’t just have a baby. You were changed. And you are allowed to move differently now. In the days, weeks, and months after birth, you are not meant to rush. You are healing. You are learning your baby. You are becoming a mother to this baby. And your baby? They are learning how to exist in the world through you. Your nervous system becomes their teacher. Your pace becomes their rhythm. Your presence becomes their safety. So no… this is not the season for bootcamps. This is not the season for pushing, forcing, or proving. This is the season for slowing down. For resting without guilt. For bonding without distraction. For allowing your body to restore in its own time. You don’t need to become someone else after birth. You get to come home to yourself — in a new, deeper way. Let this be your permission slip: I reject bounce back culture. I reject the pressure to rush. I reject the idea that I need to fix my body. Because I just had a baby. And what my baby and I need most… is to slow down, heal, and bond. If this spoke to you, share it with another mom who needs to hear it today πŸ’›

If you’ve ever thought… “What if baby is napping?” “What if I don’t feel like going that day?” You’re not alone. That quiet hesitation shows up for almost every mom at some point. And honestly? It makes sense. Your days aren’t predictable. Your energy shifts. Your baby’s needs come first. But here’s something worth holding onto: Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do for your mental health… is commit to something before the moment comes. Because on the harder days—the tired days, the overwhelmed days, the “I don’t feel like it” days— your mind doesn’t need another decision. It needs something already chosen. Something steady. Something that gently carries you forward. There’s a reason so many high-performing, successful people prioritize daily mindfulness and routine. Not because life is easy for them—but because routine creates stability, clarity, and resilience when life isn’t. And that’s what this space is meant to be. Not pressure. Not perfection. Not “you have to show up a certain way.” Just a place you’ve already said yes to. A place that’s there for you—especially on the days you need it most. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your invitation 🀍 Come as you are. Always. πŸ‘‰Comment: CLASSES to get the info in you inbox
