Core + Pelvic Floor Functional Movement Yoga is my signature in-person Semi-Private Group Training designed to help you build deep core strength, restore natural movement patterns, and support lifelong pelvic health through mindful, intentional practice.

This 2-hour workshop blends yoga, functional movement, and breathwork to help you cultivate a strong, resilient, and well-connected core—from your ribcage to your pelvis.
