This is what support can look like. Not pushing. Not forcing. Not trying to keep up with a version of yourself that no longer fits. Just… listening. To your body. To your breath. To the season you’re in. Because women’s health isn’t just about one phase. It’s about learning how to care for your body as it changes — through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. In this space, we don’t rush. We focus on what your body actually needs: support, awareness, and connection. So you can feel more at home in your body — no matter what stage you’re in. If you’ve been craving something like this… you’re in the right place We meet 9:30am Wednesdays @littleherbal Apothecary Comment CLASS to Learn More #womenshealth #prenatalyoga #postpartumsupport #pelvicfloorhealth #mindfulmovement

It’s wild how loud “bounce back” culture gets…

Everywhere you look, there’s a message telling you to move faster.
Push harder.

It’s wild how loud “bounce back” culture gets… especially when you’ve just done something as life-changing as giving birth. Everywhere you look, there’s a message telling you to move faster. Push harder. Do more. And if you’re not careful, you start to wonder… “Am I supposed to be doing that too?” But if you get really honest with yourself… Do you actually want that? Or do you want something softer? Something slower? Something that actually feels supportive right now? Because the truth is — postpartum isn’t a race back to who you were. It’s a transition into someone new. Your body is healing. Your nervous system is recalibrating. Your baby is learning the world through you. And what you choose in this season matters. Not in a pressure-filled, “get it right” way… but in a deeply human way. Rest teaches safety. Slowness teaches regulation. Presence teaches connection. You don’t need to earn your worth back after birth. You don’t need to prove anything. You don’t need to rush. You’re allowed to choose what actually feels right for you and your baby. So if today that looks like resting, nourishing your body, and staying close… that’s not “falling behind.” That’s exactly where you’re meant to be. If this feels like the permission you’ve been needing, save this for the days the pressure gets loud and share it with a mom who needs this reminder 💛

If you’ve been craving connection with other women in the same phase of life… this is your invitation. Not just to a yoga class—but to a space where you can exhale, be seen, and feel like yourself again. This week is the first week of our May classes at Little Herbal Apothecary, and it’s the most natural time to join—when everything is just beginning. These classes are intentionally small and intimate, held in a private space in Lafayette. They’re designed to feel more like a women’s group than a traditional yoga class. A place where you can move your body in a way that actually supports this season of life—whether you’re pregnant or postpartum. A place where you can connect with other women who are right there with you. Here’s what’s happening this month: Women’s Health + Prenatal Yoga 9:30am Yoga with Baby (Postpartum) 10:45am This isn’t a generic, modified yoga class. You’ll learn functional, real-life supportive practices designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum—and leave feeling more grounded, supported, and connected. And yes… there’s complimentary tea waiting for you after class ☕ You’re always welcome to linger, browse the apothecary, or walk to nearby spots like Tangerine, Community, or Teocalli Cocina and make a morning of it. If this has been on your mind, this is a beautiful time to start. You can book the full May series at a discounted rate or join with a drop-in this week—whatever feels supportive for you. Come as you are. Always 🤍 👉 comment CLASSES to get the info in your DM's Or visit the Link in Bio
